Event Details

The San Angelo Chamber of Commerce, along with honorary co-hosts Congressman August Pfluger, Texas Senator Charles Perry, and Texas Representative Drew Darby, will hold its 21st Annual West Texas Legislative Summit on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. 

This year’s Summit will focus on federal issues with the overarching theme of “From the Ground Up: West Texas Driving American Strength” and will offer insight on the following topics:

  • Powering Progress: West Texas Energy Driving a Global Future
  • Deep Roots and Steadfast Resolve: Agriculture Growing America’s Future
  • At the Heart of It All: Strengthening Rural Health to Sustain Communities
  • From Dirt Roads to Data Streams: Our Region at the Crossroads of Space & Connectivity

Attendees have the opportunity to engage with legislators, business leaders, panelists, sponsors, and colleagues. The Summit aims to tackle key issues and challenges specific to our region through panel discussions led by elected officials and industry experts. 

Join us on Monday, July 28th for the Summit Soiree—our signature welcome event for sponsors, panelists, and special guests. This year’s Soiree debuts an elevated new format, designed to spark conversation and connection in a relaxed setting. Enjoy an evening of gourmet-style hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails—all in a vibrant atmosphere perfect for mingling.

Registration Details

Early Bird Registration

Open April 17th through July 1st @ 5:00pm:

  • Summit Package: $225 (includes Summit Soiree and Legislative Summit)
  • Summit Only: $150

General Registration

Open July 1st @ 5:01pm through July 15th @ 12:00pm:

  • Summit Package: $250 (includes Summit Soiree and Legislative Summit)
  • Summit Only: $180

Registration closes July 15, 2025.


Cancelation Deadline: To receive a refund, cancelations must be received by 12pm on July 15, 2025. Cancelations received after Tuesday, July 15th are NON REFUNDABLE.
