2026 Luncheon- Sponsor Renewal Commitment Form

Thank you for your interest in our new Voices of Leadership Luncheon Series! You will use the form below to enter the necessary information needed to reserve your preferred spot. 


Ready to sponsor? Here is how it works:

1. Complete the below Sponsorship Commitment Form to reserve your spot! This form will capture the necessary information needed for us to move forward with billing, communication, and marketing, while also allowing you to hand-pick your preferred luncheon packages for the entire year.

2. Upon receiving your Sponsorship Commitment Form we will verify the availability of your selected sponsorships, happily suggest alternative options if needed, and reserve the requested spots. 

3. To align with our annual billing cycle, invoices will be issued after the first of the year, and full payment for each sponsorship will officially secure your recognition for that specific event. 

*Please note, multiple sponsorships may be sold within the same industry. Listed sponsorship availability is subject to change daily.

The Presenting Sponsor is an exclusive level. If it is available, we’ll notify interested companies based on the order in which commitment forms are submitted.

To ensure we are using the most up-to-date and preferred version of your company's logo for recognition in our event materials, please upload your logo in either JPEG or PNG format. A transparent version is preferred.

If a logo is not provided, we will use the file we have on record from last year’s event. If you’d like us to use an updated logo or have a specific preference, please upload it here or email it to chamberevents@sanangelo.org by December 9th to ensure it is included in our first round of event marketing.
