Ready to sponsor? Here is how it works:

1. Complete the below Sponsorship Commitment Form to reserve your spot! This form will capture the necessary information needed for us to move forward with billing, communication, and marketing, while also allowing you to hand-pick your preferred sponsorship packages for the entire year.

2. Upon receiving your Sponsorship Commitment Form we will verify the availability of your selected sponsorships, happily suggest alternative options if needed, and reserve the requested spots. 

3. To align with our annual billing cycle, invoices will be issued after the first of the year, and full payment for each sponsorship will officially secure your recognition for that specific event.
