Ribbon Cutting | Howard College San Angelo

Howard College of San Angelo will be hosting a ribbon cutting to celebrate the SA Police Academy moving locations to Howard College. The Academy itself will remain as the SAPD Academy, but the classes will now be provided through HCSA.
