After the retirement of Glenna Friedrich in December, 2024, BBB Board of Directors made the following promotions: Becky Kuykendall to Chief Executive Officer and Cindy Bussell to Chief Financial Officer. They would like to have everyone come by and meet the staff with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Better Business Bureau is a private, non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote ethical practices in the marketplace.
