Due to inclement weather, we have cancelled our luncheon scheduled for Tuesday, February 16. Please be on the lookout for further information regarding a rescheduled date and time.


Rescheduled from February 9 to February 16 due to water interruption.

Early Bird Registration (open now through February 5 @ 12:00 pm): $20

Late Registration (open February 5 @ 12:01 pm through February 8 @ 12:00 pm): $27


Non-Members: 

Early Bird Registration (open now through February 5 @ 12:00 pm): $27

Late Registration (open February 5 @ 12:01 pm through February 8 @ 12:00 pm): $34


You may cancel your reservation up until the Friday before the luncheon. If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline, you are responsible for payment.

COVID-19 Preventative Measures
The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions which the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce adheres to comply.

To reduce congregating, we will not have a registration table set up. Therefore, we will not be accepting payments or walk-ins at the door. Please register in advance and pay all outstanding balances online prior to the luncheon. If you did not pay at the time of registration the link to complete your payment is in your confirmation registration email.

- Current building capacity and social distancing guidelines will be in effect and guests are required to wear masks when entering and leaving the building. Masks are to be worn at this event.
Please be considerate of those around you and wear a mask while in the food line and when you are not at your table.
- Tables of eight will be spaced 6 feet apart from each other.
- All patrons must maintain 6 feet social distancing while in line and entering the building until sat by an usher. Congregating should be avoided.
- When going through the buffet line, attendees MUST wear masks per venue regulations.
- Before entering the venue, all guests will have their temperature checked with touchless thermometers. Anyone with a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit will not be allowed to enter.
- Upon entering the venue, a Chamber staff member will oversee that all attendees sanitize their hands.
- Once attendee has been screened and given hand sanitizer, an usher will show to them to their designated table.
- To reduce congregating in the lobby, we will not have a registration table set up and we will not be accepting payments or walk-ins at the door. Chamber staff will check-in guests as they find their seat.
- For the health and safety of our attendees, the caterer is required to serve, pre-plate, or box meals until further notice.
- Sanitizer will be available for attendees.
- Guests SHOULD NOT attend if they are experiencing the following symptoms:
a. Running a fever above 100 or have chills or muscle aches
b. Persistent coughing
c. Shortness of breath
d. Headache
e. Loss of taste or smell
f. Diarrhea or vomiting
g. Have traveled in the last 2 weeks prior to event
h. Been around anyone suspected of having COVID-19 or being tested
