Join the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, November 4 from 10-11am for a special Ground Breaking ceremony celebrating KOMIPO – Korea Midland Power Company, where they will be breaking ground for a new 160-MW solar power plant: Concho Valley Solar. The groundbreaking will be located on Ratliff Road, south of town. In attendance will be several KOMIPO owners from Korea, City officials, County officials, Representative Drew Darby’s office and more.
