The Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counseling for the Concho Valley (ADACCV) will be hosting a Bloom Away on Earth Day event and ribbon cutting ceremony for the community. Activities will be provided after the ribbon cutting as well as a 'show me how' for anyone wanting to learn how to pot plants!
