San Angelo ISD is revitalizing the Blackshear campus to house our PAYS and Tiny Texans program, now called the Blackshear Learning Center. PAYS is an academic alternative school providing students the opportunity to accrue credits to progress to graduation. PAYS students are non-traditional students motivated to complete their high school diploma but are enduring extenuating circumstances that pose as obstacles to their academic success. Tiny Texans is a staff and student early childcare center.
