JCPenney has been in business for over 120 years and has served our customers in San Angelo since 1920. On Friday, November 11, join us for the grand opening of JCPenney Beauty. This is an entirely new concept within beauty and one of the very few openings across the country at this time. The first 100 JCPenney Beauty customers will be given a JCPenney Beauty Gift Card, these cards range in value from $5, $50 and $100! Refreshments will be provided for Ribbon Cutting guests and staff only. Ribbon Cutting guest should enter through the southside doors (Loop 306 side).
