MHMR is the local Mental Health and Developmental Disability Authority of the Concho Valley. They will be celebrating 35 years with the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce and unveiling San Angelo's newest sheep! The ribbon cutting and sheep unveiling will be in the front of the building under the car port.
