God made me a creator. He instilled an adventurous spirit that was “Free” to chase the wind! My creative medium is paint – paint that is flung, dripped & dribbled and otherwise applied to a canvas. It is an Adventure to collaborate with the paint in the capture of a vision for all to see.

Freedom is essential to capture God’s beauty that is all around us. Travel adventures that fill your heart and inspire the next painting.

My Artistic Adventure started after retiring in Old Mesilla, NM. My art education comes from Workshops at the Scottsdale Artist’s School & I am a graduate of the Milan Art Institute. Seminars on Art History taught by Kathleen Key, Prof. UTEP rounded out my art education. 

My husband and I ran cattle for 18 years; and it further instilled Western values in my heart along with my love of the “outdoors,” making Landscapes a favorite. Thus, outdoor - Plein Air Painting became a regular endeavor from the beginning. Painting on site sharpens the eye and offers more than just working from photos. The emotion and energy are reflected into my paintings; thus refining my Studio work.

My Studio is in my home and I am available most afternoons by appointment.
