The National Association of Nonprofit Organizations & Executives (NANOE) is a national membership association dedicated to strengthening nonprofit leaders and the organizations they serve. NANOE equips executives, board members, and development professionals with practical training, certification programs, research, and strategic resources designed to build financial capacity and expand mission impact.

A cornerstone of NANOE’s work is the Major Gifts Ramp-Up (MGRU) model, a proven 13-step system that enables nonprofits to significantly increase philanthropic revenue in a short period of time.
