The San Angelo Whiskey Collective (SAWC) is a membership-based community focused on whiskey education, connection, and culture. SAWC exists to create intentional spaces for learning, storytelling, and appreciation of whiskey — from production and history to flavor, pairing, and craftsmanship — while supporting local venues, distilleries, and the broader business community.

Through partnerships, member experiences, and public programming, the Collective helps elevate San Angelo’s food, beverage, and hospitality scene while fostering meaningful community connection.
