ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 
Monday – Friday 
8:00 am – 5:00 pm 
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 
 
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, filing, scheduling, and handling incoming communications.
  • Assist in maintaining organized records and databases, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to compile, analyze, and manage data relevant to the business needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, vendors, employees, and suppliers, handling inquiries professionally.
  • Manage FTTH Permit Instance processes, if applicable, and support relevant project tracking.
  • Coordinate and support the logistics of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging materials.
  • Multitask across administrative functions while prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Previous experience in office administration and customer support is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel as a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with vendors, employees, and suppliers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting all deadlines with precision.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized to manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Experience with FTTH Permit Instance Management is a plus.
