JOB SUMMARY
We seek experienced Meat Processors. This role demands a keen attention to detail and adherence to food safety guidelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Cut, trim, and bone meat according to specifications.
- Operate processing equipment, maintaining cleanliness and functionality.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and handling protocols.
- Inspect, package, and label meat products.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to meet quality standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Meat processing experience required.
- Knowledge of meat cuts and processing equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a cold environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
