Monday - Friday, mandatory Saturdays as needed
6:00 am – 6:00 pm, 10-12 hour shifts)
$14.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE and departement
 
JOB SUMMARY
We seek experienced Meat Processors. This role demands a keen attention to detail and adherence to food safety guidelines.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Cut, trim, and bone meat according to specifications.
  • Operate processing equipment, maintaining cleanliness and functionality.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and handling protocols.
  • Inspect, package, and label meat products.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to meet quality standards.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Meat processing experience required.
  • Knowledge of meat cuts and processing equipment.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
